This is the course for students who come to Japan with College student VISA and learn Japanese language.
We will help you to apply for VISA, achieve Japanese Language ability, and finally find your future plan.

Students will learn Japanese for 15~24 months in Japan aiming to gain Academic Japanese.

Optional Classes
Science (Physics, Chemistry, and Biology), Japan and the World, and Mathematics class which is EJU’s subject tests.

Beginner's Kanji-class for the students from non-Kanji native countries.

Monday through Friday

There are no classes on Saturdays, Sundays, and Japanese National Holidays.
Specific dates for Summer, Winter and Spring Break will be announced by the Academy.

There are approximately 18 students in each class.


Every student must take the level check test prior to attending the class so that he or she is placed in the most appropriate class.  
At the end of each term, every student is also required to take the achievement test which will be used as a placement test for the following term.

Level Term target of a class
Basic Level Ⅰ 3months  Students learn hiragana, katakana and between 300 and 500 kanji.
Students will also be able to hold daily conversations.
Language Proficiency Tests level N-4.
 
Basic Level Ⅱ  3months
Bridge Class 3months  This class is a preparation class between BasicⅡ and IntermediateⅠfor students from non-kanji.
Intermediate Level Ⅰ 3months  Writing 800 and Reading 1200 of Kanji. 
Students will understand TV-program and be able to express one’s opinion. 
Language Proficiency Tests level N3-2.
Intermediate Level Ⅱ 3months
Advanced Level Ⅰ 3months  Students are able to understand academic Japanese such as lectures, presentations, newspapers and books.
Students gain a deeper understanding of Japanese language beyond daily interactions.
Language Proficiency Tests level N2-1.
Advanced Level Ⅱ 3months
Upper Advanced level Ⅰ 3months After finishing the Advanced Level, students will conduct research, fieldwork and surveys for a final presentation.

Qualification
1)Applicant has to have completed a minimum 12 years of education or possess an equivalent qualification
    (1)Within 3 years after graduation from higher schools.
    (2)Less than 24 years of age and within 3 years after graduation from college or special course of university or similar
    (3)Less than 27 years of age and within 3 years after graduation from university or graduate-school
    (4)Persons except the above being enrollment in college, university or similar

2)Required level of Japanese language : More than JLPT N5, NAT-TEST 5-grade, J-TEST F and similar

EJU Class
Students are given the opportunity to study for EJU in additional classes, for example TOEFL and mathematics.

Kanji Class for Basic Levels
Optional class for students from non-kanji countries.

  Forms will be sent in to the Japanese Immigration Bureau by KIA to receive visa.
Issue of visa is screened by Japanese Immigration Bureau and notified to KIA

  Result of screening will be notified to applicant by KIA.
Applicant should pay tuition when he/she passed.
   
  Apply to the consulate for a visa.
